Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation: No hot water at the kitchen handwashing sink which is near the 3-compartment sink.
It was no paper towel at the front handwashing sink at the time of inspection. (Corrected at the time of inspection).
Correction: Hot water must be available all the time for the proper hand washing.
Provide paper towel for the front handwashing sink.

"Outstanding Health act permit Fee in the Amount of $ 150.00" letter is hand delivered.
The operator claimed that the permit fee has bee paid. (Note:The copy of the receipt is provided at the time of inspection.)

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Note: A corner neat the stove required more attention.
the fan hood - satisfactory.
The faucet at a handwashing sink which near the 3-compartment sink has been repaired. Hot water - available.
All food is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Surface sanitizer in a spray bottle (front) labeled.
The back door has been closed at the time of inspection (Note: a screen door has been ordered.) The statement about the back door will remain as per the previous report.
Dry storage area - cleaned.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
