Comments

* The winery area has now been separated from the catering and winery kitchen area by building a solid wall. The wall on the winery side will be finished with washable FRP panels. Good. * Ensure there are no gaps underneath the loading areas doors to prevent entry of rodents. * Update the SOPs for Winery to include cleaning and sanitizing procedures for wine bottling machine ( ASAP). Wine tanks are cleaned after each batch using approved cleaner as per the SOP. Wine tanks are rinsed using citric acid rinse and followed by potable water rinse Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
