Follow-up inspection conducted:
Hot water system repaired. Parts replaced. Repair person still on site at this time.
Hot water available at each sink- kitchen, servery area, bar and in washrooms.

Closure Order issued today rescinded. Facility may open for service now- 4:11pm.
Discussed with owner's son at this time. In case this happens again in future, facility must close for service and notify the health department immediately. Facility should never operate without hot water.
