Comments

-Ensure that the dishwasher is turned on when the facility is operational. The high temperature dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. All coolers were < 4 C, except for the non-operational cooler that is underneath the "Fresh Energy" machine. This cooler will be replaced soon. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
