- Ventilation hood/exhaust system must be professionally cleaned every six months.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing working thermometer inside the domestic cooler. Staff provided working thermometer inside the cooler.

Comments

- General sanitation needs improvement.
- All handwashing stations (two in main kitchen, two up front) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer stored in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. No traps available. Operator must have pest control system in place. Additional traps must be installed.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted.
