304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: REPEAT OBSERVATION: rodent droppings noted behind false wall and speaker storage area as well as in the back bulk food storage area adjacent to the wall. 1 dead rodent catch noted in snap trap in the same area also noted minor rodent droppings at the "handheld appliances" area of the kitchen and in the corner of the floor/wall joint under the customer creamer/milk station. Corrective Action(s): Remove the rodent catch and clean the area thoroughly using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution. Monitor areas daily and clean thoroughly Violation Score: 3
