-Left countertop sushi display cooler has been serviced/checked. Service report provided. Mechanic indicates unit is in good working order. Increased temperature of unit was due to increased ambient temperature of premises & gaps in sliding doors of unit. Temperature was 0 - 1 deg. C at time of inspection
*Operator to have end caps/seals put in place on doors to cooler unit to eliminate small gaps. Staff must be diligent in closing doors to ensure temperature of 4 deg. C (or colder) is maintained. Continue to monitor cooler temperature, taking action if temperature increases above 4 deg. C.
