- FOH and BOH handwash stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold water.
- All coolers (<4C) and all freezers (-18C) within
proper temperatures.
- Chicken hot holding (68C), lamb hot holding (65C), rice hotholding (61C)
and gravy hotholding (62C) measured within proper temperatures.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 78.6C at the dish surface.
- Operator was using flat top grill for secondary cook step.
- Surface sanitizer measured 200 ppm QUATS in spray bottle and buckets.
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection.
- Staff hygiene satisfactory, operator's FOODSAFE level 1 valid to Nov 2025.
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
- Food complaint inspection conducted at the same time. Refer to report #248856
