Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - in 3rd sink and buckets
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C ambient temperature
Staff wearing clean uniforms, hats & hair nets, gloves used when preparing sandwiches.
Hand washing observed at time of visit.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Sandwich display/ UC cooler: deli meats was at 4 deg C
Ensure to keep product line lower as the unit is the older model.
Hot holding for soups was at 64-67 deg C; meat balls was at 68-71 deg C
Prep line cooler was at 4 deg C; thermometer available
Manager confirmed that there is pest control in place. Make report available on-site.
Dry storage area - food items stored off the floor
Washrooms kept in sanitary condition.
Food Safe 1 trained staff on-site. Keep certificates on-site.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Note: This premises has not been renovated. It is showing wear and tear.
Manager said renovation is planned for 2025. For the meantime, repair worn out flooring tiles in the back area and in other areas where required.
