Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The ambient temperature of the prep cooler measured approximately 9-15C.
Corrective Action(s): Foods were moved back into the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection. Repair or replace this unit until it can achieve and maintain 4C. Until then, have less/fewer ingredients in the prep cooler, and discard after two hours.

Observation: Debris was observed on the walk-in cooler fan, and the fan cover in one of the drink coolers.
