-Follow-up inspection to November 22, 2021.
-Lamb is now reheated properly to greater than 71C on the grill prior to hot holding. Lamb was hot held at greater than 60C at the time of inspection. Roasting grills cannot be turned off while food is on the grill and must be kept on during the day.
-Bleach sanitizer was at 200ppm to 400ppm. Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were available in each foods preparation area. Ensure containers are labelled to identify their contents and the containers are relabelled as needed.
-Staff member on-site had their FOODSAFE Level 1 – valid until August 18, 2023.
