Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the sanitizer spray bottle was labelled as quats, but no quats solution detected in the spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle was emptied and refilled with lactic acid/DDBSA sanitizer, concentration is measured at right concentration. Test strips are available

Comments

- All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Sanitizer dispenser at triple-sink and chemical station is dispensed at adequate concentration of lactic acid/DDBSA
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the dish surface during rinse cycle - good
- Bar glasswasher dispensed 50-100 ppm chlorine to glass surface during rinse cycle
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- All freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- No foods were being hot held at time of inspection.
- Garlic in oil was cooling at time of inspection. Ensure to cool hot foods from 60C to 20C within 2 hours, then from 20C to 4C within the next 4 hours.
- Good food storage practices were noted at time of inspection. Good separation of raw and ready-to-eat foods, food items were properly covered
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
