Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at -18'C.
- 100ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
** Use the same sanitizer in spray bottle for wiping common touch areas
- 3 compartment sink is organized.
- General food storage practice satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
- Back storage area satisfactory. Washroom handsink satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility satisfactory throughout.
