Routine inspection Important reminders: QUAT sanitizer available from dispenser measure ~ 400 ppm. Ensure to adjust and keep the sanitizer between 200-400 ppm. Walk-in cooler fan covers observed to have accumulation of dust build ups. Ensure to clean the dust and maintain. Ensure baking pans are not stored near hand washing station. General sanitation is satisfactory Hand washing stations are maintained. Freezer measured at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring log is maintained. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
