- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towel.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 78C at the plate level.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
