Observation: The following areas had buildup of debris or grease present:
-Floor below the cooking equipment
-Ceiling tile area surrounding a vent near the back ware-washing area
-Floor in the staff washroom
Corrective Action(s): Clean the aforementioned areas to remove the buildup of debris/grease and to maintain them in a clean condition; Correct by March 22, 2020.

Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside two spray bottles.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer was at least 50 ppm (100 ppm measured) at the plate level.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
