Routine inspection
- Handsink (front and back) fully equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and liquid soap
- Two compartment sink with drain plugs available for manual dishwashing
- QUATs spray bottle and dispenser measured to be at 200ppm
- Ice cream scoop observed to be stored in working dipper wells
- In-use utensils,e.g. whisks, observed to be stored in hot water
- Standing cooler measured to be at 3C
- Chest and standing freezers measured to be at -18C
- Walk-in freezer currently being repaired during time of inspection. Manager has set up a freezer trailer for storage of ice cream in the meantime. Temperature measured to be -18C.
- No pest activity detected during time of inspection
- Premises observed to be in sanitary condition
- Onsite staff has valid and current FoodSafe level I (expires 2027)
- Permit posted in visible location
