Corrective Action(s): Sanitizing solutions were diluted at time of inspection to measure 200ppm chlorine.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Handsink next to dishwashing sinks was missing soap.
2) Handsink in centre prep table missing soap and paper towels.

Observation: Observed several instances of improper storage of food in coolers:
> Walk-in cooler: raw meats stored on the same shelf as cooked meats, raw chicken wings stored on the same shelf as bean sprouts, boxes of vegetables stored on bottom shelves below cooked and raw meats.
> Single-door prep cooler: container of raw ground meat stored on top shelf above ready to eat garnishes.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff on site:
> Food items in coolers must be reorganized immediately so that raw meats are stored BELOW cooked and ready-to-eat items.
