Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BBSU57:

Code 209: Corrected. Manager mentioned that the freezers were defrosted and foods were in containers with lids.

2 containers of mayonnaise were found sitting on counter below prep station at room temperature. Manager was asked to provide approved food safety plan for mayonnaise to be at room temperature. Spoke to owner on the phone. He says that he will email the head office and find out. Mayonnaise to be kept at room temperature for no more than two hours or remain in the refrigerator until such time that more information is provided regarding it's approval.
