- Follow-up to inspections conducted on June 16 & 22, 2023.

- Bleach sanitizing solution was available in sanitizer bucket and in spray bottle at 100 ppm. Good.
- Ventilation hood has been cleaned and sanitized. Good - ensure to continue with regular cleaning.
- Wood used to prop up/raise the prep table has been painted such that it is non-absorbent and can now be easily cleaned.
- Invoices from suppliers for meat and fish (salmon) were available onsite for review.
- Labels for products in retail freezers have been created, however is missing dates and contact information (address, phone number) for customers to be able to contact the store. *Revise your labels to also include dates and store contact information, and ensure there are no unlabelled products in your retail freezers going forward.
- Regular full-time staff still required to register for FoodSafe level 1 (or equivalent). Staff have looked into options and will complete the course soon. Email copy of the FoodSafe certificate(s) to the health inspector once complete, and keep copies onsite. Ensure to complete the course within one month from today's date.
