All sandwiches and potentially hazardous food products were transferred to the walk-in cooler by staff. Corrective Action(s): Repair or service the unit so that it maintains all foods at 4 C or below. ( immediately). Do not use this cooler untill it maintains 4 C or below. Violation Score: 15
