-Reviewed procedures for repackaging date syrup, date paste, and sumac spice from bulk supplies
-All refrigerators operating at or below 4 degrees Celsius
-Freezer temperatures satisfactory
-Wash-basin available, supplied with hot/cold water, soap & paper towels
-Chlorine bleach sanitizer available on-site. *Recommended dilution ratio is 1 oz. of chlorine bleach per gallon (4 litres) of water to obtain a 100ppm solution.
-General sanitation satisfactory
-Discussed pest control measures re: fruit flies
-Health approval granted for repackaging date syrup, date paste & sumac spice on-site (Earth Eats Ltd.), subject to compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards as discussed.
