Mouse has chewed through bag and contaminated buns. Rodent droppings observed on tops of bags of buns as well. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items discarded. . Corrective Action(s): Pest proof containers are now required for storage room buns. Room is heavily infested with rodents. All items are to be relocated up off floor and onto shelves. All food items, including buns, are to be transferred to pest proof containers (non-chewable containers with lid). . Violation Score: 15
