Comments

-Follow-up inspection to November 8, 2019.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Manager has reviewed handwashing and hand hygiene expectations with staff. Did not observe improper hand hygiene practices or single use gloves being reused at the time of inspection.
-Cardboard has been removed from the kitchen area.
-Canned food items were in good condition at the time of inspection.
-Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
-Manager with valid FoodSafe Level 1 present at the time of inspection (certificate valid until December 4, 2023). Manager stated additional kitchen staff will be sent for FoodSafe Level 1 training.
-Deep fried food items were approximately 5C to 6C. To allow hot potentially hazardous foods, obtain shallow pans (baking sheets) to allow foods to cool in single layers.
