Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection (ABAI-BFBSJ9):
- Take out containers in the drink making area have been moved over from beside hand sink. Hand sink is fully and conveniently accessible.
- Foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground)
- Required cleaning has been completed. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation going forward.
- Sanitizer available in each food preparation/handling area (ie. dim sum area, server station, back food preparation area and cookline area). Wiping cloths were stored in the sanitizer solution.
- Old/stained cutting boards have been replaced.
- Chest freezer located outside kitchen prep area in hallway is no longer being used as a work table.
- Wall behind the cutting block in the kitchen has been repainted so it is smooth and washable.
- Items in dry storage area stored off the ground.
