Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Pest proof containers were in use. Staff were FoodSafe level 1 certified. -Follow up inspection in one week.
