Premises: North Garden Cafe Address: #411 - 552 Clarke Rd, Coquitlam Date of Inspection: Oct 23, 2018 Routine Inspection Follow-up: Oct 30, 2018 Change of ownership, Food type, name - Some changes made to layout. - New cooler installed - Quat sanitizer available for use - Liquid soap and paper towels present - Coolers and freezers were at adequate temperatures. * New dishwasher to be installed * Some additional shelves to be installed - Dishwashing area must be setup to keep all dishwashing activity separate from food preparation. Eg. Move meat server away from clean dish area.
