Follow up inspection. Previous infractions corrected: -Hand sinks are in use and free of obstruction with liquid soap and paper towels. -Knives and utensils are now clean and sanitary. -Sanitizer in buckets now readily available in kitchen with wiping cloths. Wiping cloths have been laundered and are now clean. Note: replace wiping cloths when they are in poor condition as needed. -Food now protected from contamination with proper lids and storage on dedicated shelving. -General cleaning of kitchen area completed. Good work on corrections completed. Awaiting repairs is front of the house hand sink. Parts will arrive in 2 weeks as indicated by owner. Correction required. Recommendation: replace light bulbs in kitchen as needed to provide adequate lightly in work place to prevent accidents and allow for proper cleaning.
