in dispensers. Ensure there is hot & cold running water
at all times.
- 3 comp sink available w/ drain plugs.
- 1 large prep sink available w/ drain plugs.
- 1 prep cooler, 2 stand up coolers at 4C or below.
- 1 walk-in cooler at 4 C or below.
- 1 walk-in cooler & freezer present in the unit 1682
( across the hallway ) at 4 C or below and -18 C or below
respectively.
- 1 Pizza warmer - maintained at 28°C
- QUAT sanitizer available - ensure solution is diluted to
200 ppm.


Operating permit grated under the following condition :

1) Send revised floor plan to reflect the size of
the new prep sink and the location of drink cooler
& proofer.
2) Pay the permit fee of $12.50 for the month
of March 2024
3) Ensure the 3rd stand-up cooler next to the proofer
is repaired / replaced so that the ambient temperature
is maintained at 4C or below.

1st routine inspection will take place in a month.

Permit fee invoice for the next fiscal ( 2024 April - 2025 March )
will be mailed around 2024 May.
