A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 77C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer. Wash cycle temperature was 153C and the rinse cycle was 182F. The dishwasher can be utilized and manually dishwashing can discontinue.
- The u/c cooler storing the sandwich ingredients was 4C. Food can be stored in the cooler now.
