Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wedges in the hot-holding unit measured at 46.2C internal temperature. Time date indicate that it will be discarded within 1 hour.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the product as indicated by the time stamp. All food must be stored at 60C or higher. Transfer wedges once cooked immediately into the hot-holding unit to prevent possible food not being stored at 60C or higher.

Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CQYSS3.
The following violations have been corrected in report#JCHY-CQYSS3.
-Underneath the walk-in freezer shelving units, dry storage racks, chemical storage racks, donut areas observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure to have regular cleaning underneath hard to reach areas to prevent build-up of food debris.
-Handwashing sink near the hot-holding area, near the office well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks observed to be unobstructed.
-According to manager, today the soap dispenser will be installed at the handwashing sink near the ice cap machine. Temporary use liquid soap dispenser near the hot-holding unit.
-Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
