Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Designated handwashing station located to the left of the freezer was obstructed by multiple bags of onions at time of inspection. In addition, no liquid hand soap was available.
Corrective Action(s): Obtructing items removed, soap refilled. Ensure that at all times, all handwashing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in order to facilitate proper hand washing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Bags of onions stored directly on floor.
2. Insecticide and drain cleaner stored on same shelf as packaged food.
Corrective Action(s): Onions removed from floor and chemicals relocated to chemical storage area under three compartment sink. Ensure food is stored off the floor and ensure chemicals are stored separately from food to protect from potential contamination.

Routine health inspection.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezer at -17 degrees C.
Hot holding internal food temperature at 60 degrees C or more.
Thermometers in place for hot and cold holding units.
Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water. Manual warewashing procedures reviewed. Staff prepared a 100 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer solution in third compartment at time of inspection.
Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine. Spray bottle labeled at time of inspection.
Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition. General sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate valid to July 7, 2028.
