Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rodent droppings observed in dry storage area along the perimeter. Staff began cleaning and sanitizing the area
Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean and sanitize this area using 1000ppm chlorine solution. Furthermore, contact pest management assess that location.

Routine inspection conducted alongside Operator.

-All hand wash station were equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-Walk-in cooler were measured at 4C. Prep cooler was turned off - no food stored at this time.
-All freezer units were at or below -18C
-No hot holding was observed during the inspection
-Ice Machines were observed to be clean
-Permit was displayed
-Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 was onsite
