- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Two freezers stored inside basement storage locker.
- Operating Permit posted with a valid decal.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

- All freezers < or = -18C
- Rice cooker > 60C.
- Working thermometers inside all other coolers.
