- Hand washing stations fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Prep coolers measured at or below 4C. Upright 2 door freezer measured at or below -18C. Upright freezer in storage room measured at or below -18C. Thermometers provided for cooling units. Temperature monitoring log is to be kept updated daily.
- Dishwasher maintained.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Floor noted clean and free of grease and build ups.
- 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer available and spray bottles properly labeled.
- Dry storage maintained. Food stored above the floor.
- Ice maker noted clean.
- No obvious sign of pest activity noted in the kitchen at this time.
Lighting observed adequate.
