Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CRQURX:

- Raw eggs stored inside the cooler at < or = 4C.
- No double stacking in the prep cooler.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- A plexiglass has been installed to separate the clean plates/bowls away from the mop sink.
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Easily accessible.
- Permit fee has been paid. Please post a valid decal on the Operating Permit once it arrives in the mail.
- Additional pest traps have been installed. The operator has decided to implement own pest control.
- No carpet mats.
