Remove old caulking and replace with fresh coat to prevent water from entering behind the sink. To be corrected by October 9, 2019.

Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Chest freezer = -22.4 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
General food storage practices good:
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items and equipment stored off the floor.
- Meats and vegetables stored separately.
QUAT sanitizer at dispenser, in spray bottle and in bucket = 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer solution - good.
Manual warewashing done in 2 compartment sink. Staff were correctly warewashing (wash, rinse and sanitize) at the time of inspection.
- Dishwasher available but not in use.
General cleanliness good at the time of inspection.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Washrooms clean and sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
