Routine Inspection Completed. Permit posted and up to date. FoodSafe trained staff present during operation. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Quats surface sanitizer in spray bottles is at 200ppm. 3 Compartment sinks available for manual dishwashing and QUATs dispenser is at 200ppm. High temperature dishwasher at 72.9C at plate surface. Temperature gauge display reached 185F during rinse cycle. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Prep line coolers at 4C or below. Undercounter freezer at -7.5C - unit in defrost cycle. Back area walk-in freezer at -18C or below. Soups, Rotissiere and Fried chicken in display at 60C or above. Temperature logs maintained and available. Food stored off the ground and covered. Staff in uniform with hair tied back/covered. No pest issued noted during inspection. General maintenance and sanitation is good.
