Follow-up inspection conducted today for inspection report# KLAI-CJ9T5B
Did not observe food being improperly cooled at the time of inspection. Cooling logs were provided to the operator to use when cooling is started at room temperature prior to placing in the refrigeration unit.
Did not observe utensils being inappropriately stored. No knifes were noted stored in the gap between the refrigeration unit and cash register cabinet.
Sanitizer containers available in the front and back of house and also prepared in a spray bottle for the back of house. 200 ppm chlorine residue detected.
Back of house handwash sink was accessible and was noted in a sanitary condition.
All food, not being actively used, were stored protected in the refrigeration units.
Proper storage hierarchy observed in the cooler units. Eggs were stored on the bottom shelf, away and below cooked, ready-to-eat food and produce.
Upright freezer (brown unit) was defrosted and appeared in a sanitary condition.
Mop bucket was emptied at the time of inspection.
Excellent improvement noted on the sanitary condition of the facility - please keep up the good work and maintain your restaurant in this state at all time.
All areas cited for poor sanitary conditions in the previous routine inspection, except for minor dust buildup on the ceiling vent closest to the 3-compartment sink, were noted cleaned.
Updated floor plan submitted.
Operator has plan to have all his staff certified for FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
