Observation: Drain plugs were not available at the 2-compartment sink in the back area. Coffee pots and filter equipment requires to be manually washed, rinsed, sanitized in the 2-compartment sink before it is air dried.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain adequately sized drain plugs to enable sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine sanitizer - 1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water) to be setup in the second compartment of the ware-washing sink; Correct within 2 days. In the meanwhile, make sure all food contact surfaces are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried in the 2-compartment sink.

Comments

Handsink in the front area was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler (containing milk) and sandwich display cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright 2-door freezer and ice cream freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Thermometers were available inside refrigeration units.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a spray bottle.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
Note: Ice inside the ice machine in the back room is used for ice packs (not for food ingredients) according to the Manager.

A follow up inspection will be conducted next week.
