Summary of Inspection:
The COVID-19 Pre-screening was conducted at the door.
During today’s inspection, there were 6 children, and the manager present.
At this inspection the above noted contravention was identified. Manager is required to submit a corrective action plan to address the contraventions.
The following was discussed

Updated BCCDC Guidelines were reviewed. Cleaning and sanitization practices reviewed.
Storage of crib was near the window with blinds. Manager stated it was not in use that day, however, it was discussed that if the crib was in use it would be moved away from the widow.
Licensing observed 2 t-shirts in the outdoor play area. Manager stated that they must have fallen from the deck above where laundry was hung to dry.
It was discussed that daily, monthly, and yearly outdoor inspections should be conducted by facility and a record should be kept of the log. Licensing emailed the CCFL "Your Checklist" form with this inspection report, for reference.
