* Ensure staff change gloves and wash hands after handling raw chicken or meat products. Staff must not touch other surfaces, dishes, utensils while cutting chicken etc.
After the raw meat/poultry handling is complete, cutting boards and knife must washed/sanitized through dishwasher immediately and stainless steel preparation counter
must be sanitized with 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution.

* Mayonnaise must be kept refrigerated at all times.
* Ensure raw salmon is stored above raw chicken in the upright cooler.
