Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer solution available for use in front area where pizzas are made and hot foods are served. Sanitizer solution also not available for use in back kitchen where Indian foods are prepared.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach santizer solution or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is available for use at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back bay door left open. Separation flaps between receiving area and back kitchen area tied up. Both conditions may allow the entrance of pests. Some flies observed in the dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the bay door is closed after receiving deliveries. Allow separation flaps to provided separation between receiving area and back kitchen.

Pizza hot holding case at or above 60 degrees C.
Hot holding of rice, curries, chicken, and samosas at or above 60 degrees C.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.

Back:
Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C.
Walk in cooler by 3 compartment sink at 2 degrees C.
200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink. Reminder: for manual ware washing soak utensils and dishes in 200ppm quats for 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes then air dry.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.

Note: expansion of seating area into adjacent unit (207). Adjacent unit to be used for seating only. No food storage, preparation, handling, processing, or service allowed. Health approval to operate restricted to the use of take out and single use utensils still.
