NOTE: Dishwasher measured greater than 50 ppm Chlorine at sanitizing rinse; chlorine sanitizer solution measured to be at concentrations greater than 200ppm Chlorine. Was unable to test chlorine or dishwasher during previous inspection. ITEMS CORRECTED: - Holes all sealed - Droppings cleaned with bleach sanitizer solution - Pest Control Records emailed to inspector - inspector to review CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED
