Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wet wiping cloth used for the steaming wand of espresso machine is usually left on the drip tray of espresso machine or on a plate. No sanitizer used.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff that the wiping cloth for steaming wand also needs to be soaked in sanitizer between uses. 100ppm chlorine is made using 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre. Obtain more test strips as none could be found onsite at time of inspection.

Observation: No hot water at the handwashing sink in the back (in front of walk-in freezer).
Corrective Action(s): Do not turn the hot water off. All handwashing stations must have hot and cold running water at all times.
