Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C and door seals have been replaced. Continue to monitor cooler and either service or replace the cooler if it cannot maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis.
-Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe foods stored on the floor at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe rodent droppings in the facility at the time of inspection. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.
