Dishwasher was repaired. The store started to have a contract with a dishwasher maintenance company. 50ppm Cl was detected on plate level.
Check the sanitizer level using a pH test strip daily before loading any dishes
Cleaning done. The facility must be cleaned as per the schedule on the sanitation plan.
