Observation: Permit to operate was not posted in a conspicuous location of the food service establishment. Only the decal was posted.
Corrective Action(s): Manager informed she has notified the 7-Eleven head office so that they may order a replacement health operating permit from Fraser Health. In order to order a replacement health operating permit, submit a completed and signed health operating permit replacement form and provide a $30.00 replacement permit fee payment to the billing department of Fraser Health.

Handsinks were properly supplied.
Walk-in-cooler and other refrigeration units were at 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less.
Walk-in-freezer and other freezers were at -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or less.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Food storage areas appeared clean and organized.
Hot-held food was at least 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).
Food was being cooked to at least 74 degrees C (165 degrees F) based on the temperature log.
Probe thermometer was available.
200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) sanitizer was available in three labelled spray bottles in the front service area and back kitchen area.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the third compartment sink unit 3-compartment sink.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Three sink plugs were available.
Prep. sink was operational.
Vegetable chopper was in a clean condition.
No signs of recent pest activity was evident at the time of inspection.
Pest control program is in place via Rentokil. Pest control report for most recent service date on March 7, 2023 indicated no activity.
Manager on shift held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course training (SafeCheck Advanced Food Safety - Canadian Food Safety Group, expiration date: February 24, 2024) .
