Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ECAO-CRFUS2 of May-02-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: A few handwash stations are deficient: -"Native" preparation area handsink -the hot water faucet has been turned off (threading not catching) -Handsink in employee Women's washroom also has the hot water faucet turned off Correction: Repair the hot water faucets ALL handwash sinks must have hot/cold water to adequately remove any oils/greases on hands

Handsinks repaired No droppings observed QUAT sanitizer buckets at each work station 2-door display "Cinderella" fridge 4 deg C NOTE: any planned structural changes to the business such as wall, sink, fixture changes must have Floor Plans submitted reviewed and approved by this department. As well the City of Burnaby may need these structural floor plans.
