Routine inspection of kitchen in independent living facility. Food service (dinner only) for some residents provided and prepared by KinVillage kitchen. This is a servery kitchen only - no cooking or reheating. Kitchen fridge temperature is at 4C/40F or colder - good. Hand washing sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispenser. Dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse (82C/180F on the gauge & 71C/160F measured inside of the machine) - good. As per Manager, quats sanitizer brought over with food during food service. Quats to be at 200ppm. Premises clean. No obvious signs of pests. Copy of report to be emailed to Support Services Manager.
